Network Utilities (Systems) Ltd ha lanciato, nel Regno Unito, un software universale di accesso sicuro alle reti LAN. Questo Software si chiama "Odyssey Client" e può vinire integrato ed utilizzato nei collegamento con gli hotspot publici dei fornitori di accessi ad Internet Wireless. Può inoltre venire utilizzato per garantire un collegamento sicuro ed anonimo sulle WLAN in standard IEEE 802.11ed è compatibile con una vasta gamma di schede.
